Why does he want to come over so early?

When is it that you invite the guy you're seeing over? I'm only eighteen and still live with my parents, I really like the guy and were seeing each other almost all the time. It's been three weeks now and he wants to come over and I just think it's too early because my parents of course will meet him. If we can't go to him yet then why my place? I am taking things slowly because I don't want to rush thing and get my heart broken. I don't see why he wants to come over like is it about just getting to know me better?

Three weeks isn't very long but I guess it also depends on the amount of time you spend together and how long have you known each other as well...
You can just ask him if he wants to meet your parents? I'm sure he's aware of that possibility. It's not a guarantee that he's taking things seriously, but it's a start.
Of course you can also tell him you think it's a bit early and you rather he didn't show up yet. if he really likes you, he won't pressure you.
