Why are guys in their twenties so immature?

Not all of them of course but most of them today. It's all about going out, drinking, hooking up, tinder and use girls. Am I the only one who don't understand this? I can't seem to find a boyfriend because they all are like this in my social circle and I am tired. How can you not want a relationship? It's worth so much more than a one night stand. How can guys throw away beautiful girls they actually like and avoid commitment so they can sleep around but oh they want to have you there just in case because they don't want you to find someone else and if you find someone else he gets jealous and thinks you belong to him. They brag about how they slept with this or that girl while they have a beautiful girl that is willing to settle down. I hate this.

i've never agreed with a post so much in my life, i feel you girl. from what i've experienced, around this age almost everyone is interested in experimenting socially and sexually because it's what is generally accepted and they want to be accepted, but also because they feel like around this time, having a not-so-stable lifestyle is also accepted as well. it's a time for a lot of people (guys and girls alike, but i've noticed mainly guys) to try and get certain urges out of their system, but personally, just like you i don't agree with it either, and feel like it's a huge waste of time when you could be investing in something better.

The guys that don't sleep around, can't sleep around. We can knock up multiple women a day, while you can only get pregnant once in 9 months, so men are more sexualy driven. This does however make sex a lot harder to get for men, 1% of men can knock up 100% of women, so 99% of men are superfluous to reproduction. Most men can't get sex on a regular basis without offering commitment. Stop being hypergamous, you are pursuing alpha males, who have the monopoly and can sleep with lots of women, you won't be anything to them but sex. There are plenty of men out there you can sell sex to for commitment.

Okay true but just because I'm an attractive girl and can easily sleep around if I wanted to I won't becayse it's not my thing, I can't handle it. I hate it and it makes me feel like a piece of meat, I'd rather be in a relationship with someone any day.

Why are they like this? Because they can be, most men would do the same if they could. Monogamy was only made so most men can have sex, if a man can get it absolutely free, he isn't going to want to commit

And when they are like 38 and want to settle, it will be with a 23 year old, they would want nothing to do with a women their own age at that point. Women generally have dating easier, but guys get there advantages too.

Well i do the first 3 things you mentioned, but I also date and get in relationships. I have also never used a girl whatsoever, be it a hook up, or not. I make sure we both understand what it is, and when In a relationship, I stay loyal. Most guys will prefer to just sleep around, but there are many who don't.

I'm sorry you get these guys... We're not all like this! I'm afraid guys feel like they need to have as any women as possible and I can't imagine a more unattractive feature than that... I guess you just keep going, you'll find one that wants the same as you. And most importantly, keep smiling :)

Saying that guys don't want relationships is like saying that girls don't want sex. It's not true. It's just that guys are pickier about relationships than girls are, and girls are pickier about sex than guys are. And, furthermore, if you're going after guys who very easily can get casual sex, then of course it's going to be hard for you to get them to commit.

My guess: American laws try to stop people from having sex and drinking before they nearly reach their twenties. Once they get there they experiment with their new freedom for a few years. Since they can spend a bit of money on it once they get a job, they may overdo it and live a late exuberant puberty.
But that's just a a guess.

There are plenty of guys who don't fit that mold... but you won't notice them because they're not hot. I wanna sleep around to get it out of my system. I don't wanna be 40 and feeling the need to 'relive' my youth because I never got to experience banging high school chicks. That happens... a lot.

Guys mature slower than girls. They're still driven by their hormones and don't really know what they want or need yet.
You should expand your search for the more mature ones or try older guys.
