Are millennials guys by nature immature?

I had horrible experiences with millennial guys. For some reason it's like a grown as 31 year old dude can not accept his a grown old ass adult. Today I stop by to make a payment for my car insurance. There is this 31 year old dude for example, It was all weird awarked silenced. I honestly I just wanted to make the payment get my receipt move on and call it a day. Now the 31 year old does not say a work. All I said was I'm here to make a payment , Ok I get my debit card ask for my info he grabs his phone texting laughs and I ask him well aren't you going to give me my receipt? I ask him he goes on trying to start an argument trying to fight me why would you want to waste paper the payment is done. I tell him that I like to keep on track on my monthly expenses and I used it for when tax season comes. He went off telling me to stop making such a big deal about it to just move on the pay was already done. Still I tell him but I am requesting a receipt. It escalated to were I requested to speak to his boss. Mind you his coworker had to get his boss to speak to me because this dude was such a goofball doesn't have the maturity level to handle business.

I have a lot more stories about immature millennials guys. And it's not the first time this happens. I never had negative issues when a Gen X guy is doing business with me. Why are all millennial guys so immature?
