What does it mean when a guy is suddenly rude to you?

this guy I work with is has been nice and helpful towards me since day and he would often flirt and tease me sometimes but yesterday when I did something wrong he was being really rude and making hand gestures like he was annoyed or something, and when I went to clean the windows, his friend told me he had already cleaned them and told me to finish wiping down the door, and shrugged his Shoulders in a "just saying" kind of way... And then throughout the way he would look at me... It's very confusing and if you're a guy please why guys like this way or he acted this way..

Men LIKE ME are taught that in order to get women we have to be aggressive, so we will go from nice to being an asshole. I do it all the time and women suddenly find themselves more attracted to what they perceive as confidence.

Im not sure, usually I talk to him a sweet tone because I don't know how to flirt

You'd have to ask him! He could be annoyed at you for something you're not sure you have done etc.

I would feel creepy and annoying because I don't know him personally to ask why he was being rude or if I annoyed him yesterday..
