Guys, Do guys tell each other everything?

I was telling my boyfriend how I tell my best friend everything. And that girls talk about everything. I asked him if guys do that and he said no. Not even with the ones they are close to. All they talk about is sports girls and other random shit. I was wondering do guys tell thier friends what he did with thier gf? Like if he had sex with me for the first time would he tell them about it?

A gentleman does never kiss and tell. There are a lot of things that I can talk about with my friends, but what happens in the bedroom is not one of them. I think it's somewhat disrespectful towards your partner to tell others about it, but what do I know.
