It has been pretty awkward between my friend and I because we recently had a situation. He wanted me to have my first kiss so desperately so he offered to hook up with me. He said many things to me to convince me to go through with it, like "you're so goregous", "If you ever do want to have your first kiss im always here" etc. I fell for it and decided to have my first kiss with him, however, i couldnt go through with it. All we did was peck and after that it was abit awkward between us, i felt like he was being more of a jerk to me now, but then today he complimented my lipstick by saying "cute lipstick", so what do you think this means?

He probably thinks the lipstick would look good on his dick, at least thats what most guys do. For him being a jerk, he could be sexually frustrated and wants you or he is trying to look cocky and confident for you.
