Honestly, I've seen so many guys just randomly grab each others nipples and the other will usually get suprosed, shake it off and say "get the fuck outta here" with a laugh.

When we were young we used to wrestle a lot and tittie twisters were a good way to get the other guy to cry uncle.

Later in life, those guys do that as a way to remember being a kid and playing around.

Kind of like women with their hello kitty or jem stuff.
