Crossing the legs ar the knees can be considered vulgar or unattractive. Crossing the legs at the ankles is usually considered feminine. Of course, this is cultural, and I don't know about where you live. I think this comes mainly from Victorian England, but I don't know that for sure. I don't know that anyone thinks badly of you though, and other men may just find it uncomfortable or not be in the habit.

Less to do with the size of your dick an balks, like a lot of people are saying, and more to do with their positioning, how they hang and also just your legs. Men had less wide hips and are often less flexible. All these factors come together to make it awkward for s lot of men to cross their legs.

Any normally healthy adult should be able to cross their legs. Some cannot do it because of serious inflexibility in their hips, which is more common among men than women. Those that claim it "crushes" their genitals, so to speak, are so sensitive in that area that they therefore don't cross their legs. There are men who think it is feminine but they usually have a lack of self confidence and are constantly thinking "Did I just do something that makes me appear feminine", instead of just being a man and sit how you want to sit. Crossing your legs is just a way of sitting comfortably because it adjusts the body's center of gravity so that one can sit with a good posture without as much effort because the energy is centered around the glutes area which play a very important role in the human body's posture.

I mean... personality-wise, I am most tomboyest pony. Grew up with 4 brothers and a single daddy, so, never got most of the girly-girl memos in the first place. On the outside, though, you wouldn't know. I'm stealth.

But, yeah.
Basically every single dress I own fits tight in the hips... partly because that's what looks good on me, partly because I just KNOW that otherwise I'd be flashing anyone within a 150° viewing angle.

Although when I lived in Tokyo I learned to keep my legs pretty close together at rush hour on the subway, just so as to not be a jerk.
