Is flinching/twitching bad sign showing that my crush does NOT like me?

When we were sitting next to each other at a cafe, my leg/knee touched his leg/knee. Then he flinched or twitched immediately. After that sometimes our legs/knees touched each other for a while...( I mean we didn't sit whole night while touching our legs) Later, I realized that he put his leg under my foot. Then I went to toilet. And when I came back, he CHANGED our places and he said that he wanted to look at birthday picture of our other friend. (he was sitting my left rather than right. After that we didn't touch each other)
(Note: I also flinched when his leg touched mine)

know what... we went out with this group. this girl that i started liking sat right in front of me. I was playing with my tea bag in the tea cup. I look up and we stared into each others eyes for a good 2-3 seconds after which she flinched in an unexpected way. It made me wonder what happened. but i never took it as a bad sign.

I'd rather say that he is at that point where he kind of likes you and he does not know how to react around you or if you feel the same as he does. he also does not want to show it.

When touching someone's leg, i'd rather move it if I'm not interested and maybe say "scuse me" if it was more of a bump... but never flinch.
his brain short-circuited for a moment there. Plus you mentioned that he kept his leg there until you went to the bathroom...

he definitely liked it, but did not know what else to do from that point on. he froze, so to speak

That can be pretty natural, flinching and twitches are natural responses of the body, and he could have just been a bit nervous meaning that he responded to those little touches a bit quickly with more reaction than normal.

He probably was just feeling a bit awkward or something, not really a big deal. It doesn't sound like he's not into you, but more like he's a bit more nervous around you.

Generally he seems that he is not comfortable or he us nervous when he is with me (comparing to his behaviors when he is with others)

Sounds more like a reaction and a bit of social awkwardness, doesn't mean he doesn't like you I think it's because he does and the thought of you rejecting hi or thinking he has an interest in you scares him.

No he is right handed but actually he was at my left firstly then he went to my right

Well then that gives him space as he'll use his right hand more and not feel the awkwardness of having to touch you accidentally.

My point exactly, if he is right handed he can avoid accidentally touching you and feeling awkward, now that his dominant hand and foot is away from yours.

I don't think so guys that do that most likely like you, especially if he's spending time with you and having conversations with you.

That night it may seem like avoidance but it really isn't it's him avoiding his feelings as they are probably very intense, guys don't do well with strong emotions.
