Do guys stare at boobs just in general or because they like the girl?

So this is the first time I have noticed this happen to me. I was with guy we have been friends for a few months now. But right before class we were talking. I noticed a couple of times that he was staring at my shirt. Which to be honest my shirt has nothing interesting on it. So my conclusion was he was staring at my boobs.😧 Later I realized this shirt was to tight so I dont know if that made my chest look bigger. Anyways I know most guys stare at boobs but is it just a natural habit or because you might like the girl?

Sometimes it's just the nature of things. Our eyes wander a little and maybe end up places we didn't intend them to. If he was purposely staring, that happens too. I try to stay true and not do that but it still happens now and then haha. Don't fret over it much; it's not because he likes you (or maybe it is?), and it's just something most guys kinda just do XD. So to answer your question, ya, it's natural habit. Doesn't eliminate the possibility of him like you though :P

Natural habit more than anything.  If he stares to often, tell him that your up here. Be firm too or he won't get the message.  Some guys will stare more than others.

Some guys are, lets say, easily distracted. Boobs are a appealing to the majority of straight guys. However not all guys stare, there are a few of us who fight the temptation to stare. It's difficult for some and even the nicest guys may look occasionally. I'm not condoning the behavior because I know that it is rude but it is a temptation and guys can be overwhelmed by it... them.

Abit of both. If I notice a difference in a friend's boobs then I might look. However I won't let her catch me staring. My female friend decided to make her boobs look bigger by... I noticed and wondered if she grew turns out she only stuffed and a push-up bra Because she liked a new guy in our group. I really try hard not to look at boobs consciously, but sometimes i fixate my eyes on boobs, ass or hot women in general subconsciously. It doesn't help that I often phase off and do not pay attention to where my eyes are looking at.
