When a guy only responds with two thumbs up?

I am not really a good texter, I take time to respond to texts because I get busy or don't see the need to if its not a question. So I started talking to his guy and we hang out from time to time and we have a great time talking to each other but when it comes to texting, our conversation dies real quickly. We don't have the normal "ey, how're you doing?" conversations, when we text, its either to make
plans or xhange information. So sometimes I take 3 to 5 hours to respond and he the same and sometime we both respond immediately but never continue the conversation.

Now he has started responding with two thumbs up when I ask for a favour or confirm plans. What does it mean? Why doesn't he just text normally? Does he not want to text me or what?

He's a guy, right? He does it because it's quicker and you understand what it means. If deep inside you want longer more flowery texts please say so to him. Guys are clueless at this sort of things.

He prob came to the conclusion of u not being interested in him or not putting as much as effort he does into texting at the beginning so now he doesn't really care anymore
