Guys, why would a guy put his head down while walking pass a girl?

Well a month ago i caught staring at me from a distance he didn't turn his head, kept staring. A week ago i was sitting down reading music notes, ( he's lessons start when i finish mine) he came through the door, saw me, put his head down, hand in his pocket and walked passed me. More like he was avoiding me and he was walking quickly. I didn't look at him because i was nervous too.

its us being sad and shy because we can't have the girl we see near us, we want her to be compassionate and affectionate and approach / ask us out, because its the girl whos supposed to because its the girl who decides on who they want when they want, guys can't

A guy i like does that to me too! Like when he talks to me he holds really good eye contact but other than that when i walk past he looks down :(

it is body language. a strong and powerful person will keep their head up high and expose their throat, a submissive person will lower their head to shield their throat. the powerful person does not fear attack, while the submissive one does.

lowering your head can also mean that they want to make their body less tall than yours, which can also be a sign of submission. looking at the ground means that they do not wish to engage in eye contact with you, which is also a sign of submission, a powerful person will look you straight in the eye.

you see when you are confronted by a guard dog or something, your best bet not to be attacked is not to look in their eyes, because they will take it as a sign of you wanting to be dominated. in many zoo's there will be a warning near the gorilla enclosure not to look them directly in the eye for this reason.
