I wouldn't mind it. I really dislike body hair. The only reason I don't shave, is because it's gay. I have quite a lot of leg hair. Then, I don't have much hair anywhere else. So, it'd be kind of annoying. But swimmers do shave. I could have gotten away with it as a Lifeguard. But just barely. I actually started shaving my legs and arms in 5th grade when it started growing. My dad was not happy about it.
But "should" they? Ehhhhhh. I don't know. That's like asking "should women never shave?" It's just kinda weird.

I have some muscular legs from my youth as a sprinter and skateboarding vert ramps. They're pretty bulky and defined, but my leg hair some of the definition.
I'd like to show them off and have an edge in sex appeal that way, but I'm afraid what people might think if I did that. I'm not exactly at bodybuilder physique so it might look a bit unusual unless that was a norm in society.

@guyabcd2020 Sounds kind of weird to me when you put it that way. :-D The way I think about it is mostly that, maybe in a society where this is the norm, it might actually give me some boost in sex appeal since I got some muscles on my legs -- anything to help attract the ladies. My upper torso isn't quite as strong or as bulky, so if the focus shifted from biceps to thighs and calf muscles, e. g., it would actually have helped me a lot in my single days.

@guyabcd2020 Maybe not for me -- physique-wise I'm in the more slender/chiseled kind of category, but with unusually bulky legs from sprinting and skateboarding. I think hairy back and chest works better for guys who are bigger and command more of a presence, like a bear -- some more bulk in the upper body to accompany it to give off a very manly kind of vibe. I tend to have the boyish types of looks and I don't think chest hair and back hair would suit me so well.
Chest and back hairs? Dude back hair is the most creepy thing along with shoulders hairs after excess chest hairs. You know how many men wax their back even when it's mere fuzzy! Don't ever mention back hair or belly hair to be appealing.

@guyabcd2020 Like lumberjack -- that kind of aesthetic. In their case their muscles aren't very defined since they have a bit of fat to go along with the muscle, but they're very strong. The body hair doesn't hide any definition since they don't have much, but still look super strong as a result of the bulk.

I don't think so if they don't wan to, hair is natural and I think it really doesn't matter what other people think but what you're comfortable with. Hair removal will always cost money, its never done for free, even if you do it yourself at home.

@guyabcd2020 I was talking about his legs. He remove the hairs on his chest, but it's strange for me if he's smooter then me. You have a choice if you don't like your legs hairy then shave them. My boyfriend really don't have that much hair but as I said he shave his chest. Everyone has a choice.
As is, I'm not going to shave them, because its an extra hassle, and its not worth it.
However, if it became mainstream enough that women expected it of us (like we expect them to shave their pubes), then I'd get rid of the hair. I might even invest in lazer removal because I'm too lazy to shave it repeatedly.

Personally I would have no problem shaving my legs, not fan of body hair. But women themselves make it clear they don't want men to shave their arms or legs. I don't know why shaving my legs would be less Masculine, but girls shaving their legs is feminine to me. So I guess there must be something.
I don't really care. Leg hair doesn't really bother me much on anyone unless it's super, super thick and dark. Whether someone shaves their legs or not is up to them :)

What's difference between shaving/trimming/waxing? As far as I know trimming leaves behind stumps prickly thorns like when you cut trees and leave behind some length, that's trimming, right? That looks awful when the hairs strands are pretty thick coarse. (Personal statement only 😉).
