Guys blushing? Why in your experience?

This guy I like blushed while I was talking to him and kind of looked away but kept looking back to my eyes and smiling.
And then today I was walking and saw him across the street walking the same way (I couldn't tell if it was him, he seemed... less confident than normal) and I think he must have seen me because he was apparently concentrating hard on his phone and a blush like a red stain appeared on his cheek and he didn't look up from his phone until he got past where I was parallel to him (that's some hardcore texting lol) and then when he got past me he started walking all jauntily again and sped up.
Another guy turned pink and sort of smiled or tried to/pinched his mouth shut and didn't look at me when he got close - twice.
Is that - why do guys do that, in your experience?

Also I don't know for certain that he saw me today but I think so.

I think he blushed because he was happy to see you and talk to you. Blushing shows happiness and it can show nervousness and embassment. But I think it was happiness this time. Maybe he could had seen you walking. It's hard to tell since he was texting heavy. Blushing can also mean to he likes you. He also smiled with it and looked in your eyes. So that is the reason why I think that.

He didn't look at me - that was another time that he was blushing and smiling while talking to me. Yesterday he kept his head down and focused on his phone and a red almost stain appeared on his face and he kept going.

Uh ok got you Maybe he was having an off day. I think It meant that maybe he was stressed out then with the red face. Him looking at his phone maybe meant he didn't see you.

Do they sometimes blush just by being aware you're there? I can't imagine he got a super awful text that made him blush lol - he wasn't smiling either, he seemed to be concentrating hard on his phone.

Yeah all the time.. I mean I know that when I even walk by my crush in school I blush and I can't help it so I try to hide it by looking at my phone like most other guys

So it's a long story (see link below) but he has a girlfriend but seems interested in me - he seems really conflicted and either is super friendly etc. or doesn't respond to emails for like 2 weeks (https://www. girlsaskguys. com/qt/relationships/q2083658-when-his-girlfriend-is-around-he-ignores-me) and I get the feeling he's trying hard to be good and "not see me" but he lights up when we run into each other, he offered to help me with a math project entirely of his own volition, etc.
And I've noticed when he appears to be trying not to look over at me his face seems to flush. This was like a stain of red though lol. Like a partial sunburn almost.

I can't be with him rn by the way - not trying to get him to cheat. I just wish I could be with him.

I don't think he doesn't want to see me because the other day he ran past and said "hey (name)!" and waved and smiled really big, face all lit up. but when his girlfriend is around he almost acts like I don't exist.

Do you think he's avoiding me because of his gf? We all three work together and she's been really friendly to me lately and he's backed off as long as she's in the room - he did say he takes a while to respond to my emails because he wants to send interesting stuff so he procrastinates lol...

And hmm makes sense - this one guy used to blush too and acted absolutely like he liked me except would always seem really disinterested when I would go up and talk to him unless I actually sat down with him haha. And then he sort of hovered outside my work at lunch for 3 days before he graduated and left town - my coworker was like what did you do to him? Yet he never added me on fb. I guess some guys don't want to deal with essentially being friendzoned even if that wasn't quite what it was.

Yeah it sounds like your guy is stuck between you and your coworker and as for the other guy he probably thought you were pretty but he just didn't have the time to make a move.. Also it seems like your quite the man attractor haha you have no problem getting guys!

Haha I guess - and I feel bad because they live together and stuff, I'm just trying to be friends with him at this point but am not sure I can be just friends - or him with me.

I'm curious - do you think he's being shady? I think he's aware that I'm not available regardless of his girlfriend so maybe to him it's feelings he doesn't plan to act on... so that's not shady I think... but maybe he can't help himself from sometimes reaching out.

I'm pretty sure you've got it figured out bc that sounds like what is happening so no he isn't being shady he's honesty just being torn apart by his feelings

I honestly admire that he doesn't reach out to me much, stands 5 feet away, doesn't touch me (he did touch my hand when we first met, when handing me stuff etc. and mine tingled for like 20 min after he shook my hand), has only given me his personal email to keep mine from getting lost, and only asked to catch up once (I think he meant at work not as a date).
And once when he high fived me he sort of left his hand there and ours pressed together longer than normal/I think our fingers started to part and then we pulled away - but other than that nothing.

I'm trying to be good and I feel like he's pretty torn if he hasn't responded to 3 separate emails in 3 weeks (I don't normally bombard him lol I had a reason to send them - and he's the one who offered to help me with a project in one of them!)

I think I saw him today leaving his office, I gave him a chance to catch up and when I eventually looked back the guy I thought was him had stayed on the other side of the street pretty far back and was on the phone and looking in my direction/at me (?) with a pained or upset look on his face. *assuming it was him* since I couldn't see that far but clothing and gait seemed to match... what do you think he's doing? He hasn't written back in a month. He was extremely neutral at the party and other than saying hi that one day I haven't seen or heard from him. And his girlfriend has been pretty friendly toward me. I can't tell if he's bothered by me or hiding or hiding because of her (trying to be loyal) or what. Also that day when he turned red and kept walking...
Does he sound like he's trying not to talk to me to stay loyal? Or because she said something? Or because he is bothered by me?

He probably likes you and is a shy ol' bird if he was concentrating hard on his phone. Guys who are scared of approaching or acknowledging girls usually pull the stare at the phone and pretend to be busy card. Talk to the fella next time and be easy going with him and he'll probably open up.
