Yes because they have a regressed mindset. They choose not to grow up or was never properly shown due to neglect. Immaturity is a choice and its shown at any age. Even the old and elderly. Most of it is based on personality, how healthy the person is mentally, emotionally, spiritually and psychological. Very rarely physically unless an underlying disease contributes to it. But the state of a persons mental health is key. Not age. Wisdom don't come with age. You must obtain wisdom by free will.

Age doesn't always equal maturity. There could be a lot of reason but yes a guy could be in his mid 20s and be immature when it comes to relationships.

Absolutely! It used to be that men don't fully mature until their late 20's. I learned while online dating that many women in their 30's and 40's look for older men because they have a hard time finding men their age that still only have sex as the main subject in the relationship. That is being immature. Women mature much earlier. Of course, I'm not saying all men or all women. Some people never grow up.

age has nothing to do with ones maturity level. some people never fully grow up. well others are very mature and responsible at a young age
