There is no link between testicle size and when your last ejaculation was, eg they fill up slowly and empty with each ejaculation. Shrinking or hanging is only related to temperature and arousal.

They don't shrink however the scrotum pulls them up towards the body depending on tempeture its to regulate the heat since sperm requires a very specific temperature range in order to survive.

Skin increases size when it's warm. Maybe if they're sore the testicles might get swollen but, I don't think you'd notice a difference in any normal case.
