Why do men grab my feet?

So this is something which happens now and again when I'm in class there's this man who sits behind me and he will grab my foot/ankle or just brush his hand against it at first I didn't think much of it but now I'm starting to think he's doing for a reason mayby because he just wants to make me jump or he has a thing for me is this a thing men normally do when they like a girl or is he just being a troll?

And has this ever happened to anyone else be nice to know I'm not the only girl who gets her foot grabbed by s guy she barely knows

Ok thanks fir the opinions everyone I'm gonna confront him about it and mayby even get a restraining order on him so again thanks everyone but please no one rise comment on this cuz I'd rather not be reminded (plus I'm new and dont know hoe to delete questions lol)
