He deleted his comment on my pic?

so there's this guy I've been talking to for a while now. We both like each other (or at least, on my part, I'm sure that i like him) i posted a selfie on fb which he liked and commented on. His comment said "my girl <3" to which i liked and responded "my boy <3". Few days later i found that he deleted his comment, although he still kept the like on my pic. I know it seems kinda petty but what does it mean? Should i be worried? Also we have 0 mutual friends

If a girl liked a comment of mine on Facebook saying my guy than
i liked her comment back saying my girl and she deleted it i would make
feel like she had something she was hiding or she had another guy
on the string and didn't want me to see it so i know where your coming
from it does make you wonder.

That's what i thought too. But then i also remembered we have no mutual friends on fb so I don't know how someone else would see the comment

Yeah, there is ways to hide comments, profiles and such they have
many extensions with Firefox browser, Chrome browser anything is
possible this day and age but i could be wrong. There is also ways
on Facebook to make your friends list only visible to the person
who owns the Facebook account too so don't know if that is
something that could be a possibility.

It might have been a way to hide his obvious feelings for you, or maybe he though you'd think there was something more between you two and he doesn't feel the same way. It could go either way, really.

Ask him? Wouldn't that be the easiest solution, to just ask him? We can only guess whereas he can tell you the truth. Yes, it does seem odd for him to delete the comment.

He deleted the comment because it means you considered him as your third boyfriend. So if you have so many boyfriends , why will he need you?
