You can't make a guy to want to contact you first.
It could be that he doesn't like you.
It could be that he likes you but afraid.
Whatever his status is, this is how he is. You either accept it or leave it.
My guy doesn't text me first. I never understand my guy but I know he likes me so I just accept it and text him first.
I know how you feel. You can talk to him. ask him why he doesn't text you first.. or say like it would be nice getting a text from you every day, every week (whatever works for you).
Communication is always the key. Talk to him. Ask him.

When he text you, dont reply for awhile and then he will text you wondering what you are doing. It make him yearn for you more. But there is no way to make a guy want to text you first unless you make first text, then get ghost and have him keep txting wondering what your up to. a lot of guys are playing the same that your doing when it comes to txting and calling a female first.

Just be nice and fun to talk to and interesting and I will write a girl.
Usually when i like a girl I'll talk to her everyday for hours :P
But that's just me I don't know maybe I'm weird.

Unfortunately society has a stigma that says if the guy texts you first "he's desperate" and guys are well aware of this and intentionally try not to text first in fear of the woman walking the opposite direction. Just an FYI, guys 99% find it extremely flattering if a woman texts or calls first, and once the woman tears down that wall, he will be a chatter box, just a thought.

You can't make a guy text you back first, you can't make a guy do anything he don't want to... Just because he doesn't text you first doesn't mean he don't like you, maybe his the "shy" type who knows, but if he texts you after you do, well, we can assume he likes you.

Call him first not all guys agree with bothering someone if there not interested So by calling and starting the conversation shows your interested.

Reply to every text they send without playing games (e. g. lots of females ask a question and then blank you when you respond to them), or actually initiate first. It's better. A guy prefers a girl who texts more. It's attention seeking girl propaganda to stop sweet girls texting who come up with BS games.
