Why does he and his friends stare and stalk me even if he rejected me?

I have a crush, and he is a shy guy that goes to my school. First we were snapping with each other, and he seemed nice, but when his friend tagged him in my profile picture he just stopped snapping to me, probably because he was embaressed. And he was staring at me at school and smiling at me. I asked him if he wanted to hang out, but he rejected me because he didn't know me that well, he said. I asked him if he wanted to get to know me, but he said no. I try to forget about him, but he and his friends are still staring at me. I used to snap with one of his closest friends, but in school break, his friends was suddenly acting really strange after I sent him a snap. They were laughing and annoyed my crush by pushing him and stuff, all of his friends were smiling at me and looking at me. After the break I checked my Snapchat and his friend had BLOCKED me! Why did he suddenly just do that? It makes no sense! And my crush would never cared if I was snapping with one of his friends, right? Anyway, his friends kept staring at me and tries to come closer, I mentioned a guy around one of his friends and suddenly his friend moved in closer by trying to actually look what I was doing on my phone! Why would they stare so much and care about what I'm doing? Actually I have never told him I like him, just by giving hints. I know that my crush is EXTREMELY shy around people and not easy to talk with, but he is popular around the guys. What should I do? I really like him and when I try to forget him, it doesn't work.. I can't get him out of my head, and I guess it's because I feel we are very similar and understands each other because I am very shy too. What should I do? Ask his friends why they stare? I don't really know if he rejected me because I'm not one of the popular girls, or he is scared of it. Why don't he want to get to know me when he don't really know anything about me? But he would talk and snap to all of my friends with no problem.

Actually! That's just the similar situation I am facing he rejected me 4 months ago when I gave him letter after saying that he wants to give it a chance after two days in again asking he nodded a no!!
But few days back our common friend and one his friend asked me to come to their class and then he wants to give me a chocolate later they told me after he shyed off on seeing me that he wanted to talk and was rereading my letter.. he also asked for my copy after 2 days and for returning talked to me... when there was a fete in our school as soon as he and hi friend saw me.. his friend red testing him too much pishing and tooling him up.. he ran after seeing that I saw and turned... I don't know how to be normal again? How can we be good friends again?

You sound young and he's probably just immature. Especially if he's shy, he most likely just feels awkward about his friends teasing him and stuff. Honestly, don't personalise it! I think you should just distance yourself from them a bit and allow things to cool down between you all and your feelings for him. Then once his friends stop teasing him about you, you could maybe try sending him a casual snap again (if you still have feelings for him). Good luck! :)

Yeah, I'm 15 and he is 16, I try to think about something else but they keep staring and looking over at me and his friends are teasing him about me, and that is just frustrating.. And I find it pretty hard to forget him.
