I used to do this a lot as a child. I had a kindergarten teacher in Japan who wore skirts and would stand with her legs open wide while I rode a little car in between her legs. She didn't realize this but I was looking up each time I did that.

I was just curious about female anatomy at the time and found women to be so attractive. I also liked to ask random women in public to hold me, using the cuteness I had back then as a 4-year old. Then I would sneak a peek down their blouse.

I also knew how to swim back then (took swimming lessons after school) but I would sometimes go to the deep end of the pool and pretend I'm struggling if I saw a group of pretty women nearby. Then the pretty women would come and save me and I could hold on tight with their boobs near my face.

It really made me happy back then. Well, actually it still does.

I was always the "dako" kid in Japan. I'd run up to every stranger girl I could and shout, "Dako dako!" (hold me, hold me). Then they were like, "Aww, cute!" and hold me. They thought I was just cute and wanted to be held but I was totally looking down their blouse every time.

@Aizou Probably so. I had a friend, Atsushi, and his mother gave me a bath one time, just me and her. I thought she was so attractive naked that every time I went to his house to play Famicom, I'd roll around in dirt to make sure his mother would give me a bath beforehand.

I do it cause it is something that TV taught us to do subconsciously. It is something silly and naughty that we do cause well I was taught to do it. Some guys are just pervy that way. Honestly I enjoy teasing the girl about it more than snagging a peak. The only time I enjoy looking is if she is a girl that I like.
Honestly after my teens I just put my hand over my eyes and comment that I can see up her skirt. It usually gets me points and I get to see the embarrassed look on her face also.
Though if she is doing it to be naughty then I can care less. A lot of freshmen seem to like doing that to me on the stairs after they learn that I'm a Christian. I just look to the side and wait for the annoying teasing then those immature girls show me their panties.
