Why do guys love girls with daddy issues?

Question

I hear a lot of guys say they love girls with daddy issues. I consider myself to have daddy issues and it seems really insensitive for a guy to say that. I don't think my daddy issues make me cool and they have actually caused me to make a lot of bad decisions in life and relationships. I actually resent the fact that I didn't grow up with a reliable father figure. So why do guys act like it's a positive thing?

because a woman having daddy issues gives her an excessive need to please the male figure in her life. so a positive side effect of a woman having daddy issues is that she's going to go above and beyond to make her man happy. so basically a woman with daddy issues will seek the approval of her boyfriend or husband in the same way she would have sought the love and approval of her Father which she never got. in a world where women are taught to be selfish and put themselves first it is a refreshing to me the woman who would put her partner first. but I will say this to you don't give that love and affection to a man who does not deserve it only give that love and affection to a man that shows you equal love and affection as your father should have.

When it comes to why guys want that, on a sexual/kink level, I can't tell you, because that isn't my thing.

But on an interpersonal/romance/love level?
Because it makes us feel needed.
A father SHOULD BE wisdom, guidance, emotional support, and trust. Being able to take on these things, and provide them for someone, makes us not only feel useful, but needed. There is someone we love, and part of showing them how we love them is by being that center of emotional support.
It isn't a positive thing she has these issues. What is the positive thing is the hope that, by fulfilling these needs for her, we make her more drawn to us.

They don't mean "love" in the traditional sense, they mean they love that she is damaged and can be exploited or manipulated because of her issues surrounding her father and their relationship. This type of guy likes that a girl with "daddy-issues" may be eager to please other men to make up for a failed or unfulfilled relationship with her father. If you hear a guy say he loves girls with daddy-issues, then steer clear of the prick.

Ofcourse its insensitive for guys to say they like that, because when they say that they really mean to use thoughs women. Women with daddy issues are more likely to find appeasement in other men, which in turn leads them to getting used for it. You know that most likely, we'll so do a lot of guys. No well meaning man would ever say he is into someone that is hurt emotionally to "make it easier on himself" as a lot think.

Girls like that are "moldable" and basically listen to alpha type males. They'll typically do what we say even if they don't want to but LOVE it in the end so they get hooked. They usually have high sex drives and are more than willing to become absolutely freaky af during sex and are willing to experiment quite often.

I think sometimes girls with daddy issues are more vulnerable and therefore easier to manipulate and that attracts a certain type of man who enjoys someone with that sort of weakness.

Guys don't view it as a father issue kind of thing. There was a survey taken on this a while back, and it was more of a thing of dominance. Calling him daddy is more about you being submissive to him than actual father issues. No guy on earth wants to envision your father doing to you what he does.
