Why was he so concerned about me?

So I went out the other night with this guy. This was about the seventh time we have met up. We spent 10 hours together and then at the end of the night, I banged my nose and got a nosebleed and he kept asking me if I was ok. He said 'are you sure you don't want to go back to the bathroom and get more tissue' and he kept looking at my face and said 'are you sure your ok?'

I don't get why he was so concerned because a nosebleed isn't fatal.

? Sooooo he can't be concerned... He should just go to bed and not care... Say " haha you have 7 days left.. The ring girl is after you." ? I don't get it. I guess you expect us to say he like you... I think?
