Guy's Behavior

Does he like me? Or am I misinterpreting his signals?

OK so...we work together, he is two years older than I am. First of all I am going to make it clear that he says he has a gf...but still he is very sweet to me, flirts with me like mad, I catch him looking at me and then pretends he is not looking, he playfully throws things at me and teases me non stop! Also whenever other people are around he always says my name constantly! He said that he would have to come to my grad to spy on me and make sure I am safe because he cares about me and wants to protect me... Also I randomly dropped in at work the other day because I was in the area and he smiled and looked deeply into my eyes...btw I was with my mom and she caught him staring at my top...i have caught him checking me out on a regular basis. As well the next day, he came into work and shouted my name very loudly, and he had this funny smile on his face and and was teasing me about how my mom and I had came into visit him at work and only him, no one else. Thank you and please respond soon! =) so confused!?

-he also has given me two rides home from work, he speaks in a softer voice, he only says the sweet things when it is two of us, compliments me on my looks, gets jealous if I mention any other guys who I may have interest in and offered me his jacket...
