He has a girlfriend, but won't stop staring?

There is a guy in my class at uni who stares at me. I know that he has a girlfriend as he mentioned it once. Before he mentioned her, he would always stare at me... Even now, after he mentioned her, he continues to stare at me...
it's so weird. when i talk in a group, he focuses on me and won't look aways when I do...
Since he has a girlfriend, I don't feel like flirting or reciprocating... but it's getting unconfortable. I do like him, but I don't want to give him any attention as he has a girlfriend. Also, I can't be too rude, because we see each other regularily. His stares are creepy considering that he has a girlfriend... also, I don't undersand why he is doing that... it's very obvious. I think he likes me, but he has a girlfriend... why is he doing that?

It doesn't sound like he's attracted to you or likes you. He likes his girlfriend, hence him talking about her and being with her. You're going based off of you liking him and that he's "looking" at you. I'm sure his eyes land on lots of people in general. Ask him why he's staring at you or ask if he likes you, see what he says.

i am not stupid and I can distinguish different stares from each other. but don0t worry, not gonna plan on doing anything. just want to get rid of the awkwardness

no as I like guys who approach me and not vice versa. also, i didn't even notice him until these staring games from his side started. that's why I don0t think I am imagining stuff. Also, at that point i didn't know about a girlfriend, so it's not as if i want something that i can't have. because of the girlfriend, i backed off and want to get rid of the weird staring

it's quite difficult as he won't break eye contact... even when I talk with someone else. he seems to be observing me as he doesn't say anything. at this point, I just want to punch him as I am getting really annoyed. he either needs to approach me, say something for example, or let it be... i am not gonna approach him

Give him some angry looks when he does that. If he keeps up you'll have to talk to him about it eventually.

he won't look away for 10 seconds or more! he just looks straight into my eyes, even when I look back, he is still doing it! he doesn't say anything and it's just getting unconfortable. he either needs to approach me or leave it be! it's been going on for months now

i totally agree on how that will be considered as uncomfortable. maybe you have to make the first move and ask him to stop it.

I mean I do enjoy it lol, but since he has a girlfriend, it should be a no-go. Also, i dont understand what he's tryying to get out of it? if he didn't have a girlfriend, it would be obvious, but it isn't this way
