Guys, Does my coworker have a crush on me?

I started a new job in January and occasionally work since I come to cover my friend's shifts.

When I first started there, I noticed a cute coworker. I found myself staring until I stopped because I felt like a creep, but I noticed he was staring back.

I'm trying to figure out if he has a crush on me or something because I catch him looking at me. Here's some examples:

- if he sees me and I look back at him, he will look down quick or off to the side. I locked eyes with him once and smiled and he stared a bit and looked away. We have locked eyes before.

- He recently started moving to stand next to me briefly or be nearby.

- I had walked into a room and he was walking the opposite way and saw me and stared with his mouth open like he was going to say hi, but didn't, he looked away.

- When he does say something (work related) he won't look at me, he will keep his eyes down.

- one time he was heading inside the building and looked at m. I was pretty far from the door, but he stood there and waited, holding the door for me.

Help! I just want to break three ice if he does
