Why would a guy rub his chest while talking?

Basically that's it. He almost always ends up rubbing his chest while he talks to me and I've never noticed him doing that while talking to others or on other occasions.
So it makes me wonder, could it mean something? If so, what?

Ugh, That happens to me all the time when females talk to me... lol jk I actually have no idea though. Probably a nervous twitch, or an unconscious habbit

maybe he gets random chest pains and your not paying enough attention.

another option could be he's proud of his chest and wants you to notice it.
