What does " wow" mean when a guy says it?

Ok so I've been talking to this guy on & off for about a yr plus. I'm really bad at expressing myself & communication has always been a difficulty for us, cuz we never really talk about it. But for a long time I I've been holding my feelings in & decided to just lay it all on the table and send him a big paragraph through text. He responded wow then proceeded to say other things but not once did he mention he likes me or if the feelings are mutual. What does this mean?

i feel like he's leading you on. if he really liked you he would take the oppurtunity to just open up to you about his feelings and by now you would know if he liked you or not. he's not worth ur time i think you should just move on. you deserve so much better than that.
