Guys, If a guy doesn't wish you a happy birthday does that mean he's not really that into you?

No sometimes they genuinely forget these things.. guys are not good with remembering dates so.. you might wanna re check on that issue. He genuinely might not be interested in you and if that's the case.. you know what you need to do.. right?
But.. before jumping into any conclusion.. just ask him.. did he deliberately do this or he genuinely didn't remember? I hope he gives an honest reply.

Not neccesarily* I rely on Facebook to remind me of birthdays but every so often I forget a birthday... I will however try to make up if it someone that means something to me even if only a friend* However he could have a lot on his plate and have forgotten?

no i doubt it lol... he has a good memory when it comes to things like this... him ans i used to talk but we stopped talking... its a long story... we talked here and there about college since we're going to the same college and he even asked for my schedule not that i know that it means anything but yeahh.. i didn't get a happy bday text from him... this is a big deal for girls but is it the same for guys?

could be... i still dont get why he stares.. like even b4 i told him he'd stare at me... after i told him it was awk the first day but i caught him string at me and he jumped of his seat... we talked all summer and even had a "friend movie date" lol but i left him there bc days b4 he decided to switch locker partners w a girl i hated and i didn't have one... like he diddnt care... he just left me w/o one... senior year we didn't really talk.. at times we would but at times we didn't.. id ignore him... it was awkward.. the first day i was sitting at the table alone and he was standing across looking at me unable to come to me until we made eye contact then he came to me lol like wtf is that

and yeah like i sad b4 on graduation he came up to my group of friends... id ignore him but then i was taking pics and he was like "oh fix your medals etc etc" but he was just standing there as i was taking pics

he asked when i had orientation but it was already filled.. he messaged me during orientation asking what i was doing... i messaged him during his orientation then he went on asking me for my schedule.. then he just left me on read... sorry im venting i sound annoying lol
