What do you think of guys who put pencils on their ear?

I think its good if it makes it easier to do what they are doing, but it can still be weird, like I work on a computer repair shop, we very rarely use pens/pencils yet my co-worker ALWAYS has a pen on his ear, so I flick it off just to annoy him :P So I guess to answer your questions, I think its good but weird if you do it when you don't need to, pencils aren't fashion accessories haha

It actually stays there pretty well while still allowing you to take it, use it, and put it back. You can have your hands full and keep a pencil there.

My point was that keeping your pencil on your ear is just as good as other ways. It really depends on the person what way is the best way of keeping track of a pencil. I'm not saying that keeping your pencil in your pocket is hard, I'm just saying that keeping your pencil on your ear may work out better for some people and that it is not an inferior method of carrying a pencil.
