Why are men such slobs?

One thing I've realized is men are just straight up dirty, cleaning isn't written in their genes it seems. They are fine with throwing shoes all over the place, leaving food crumbs all over the place..

I know girls who are like that, I abhor those girls. Where I am from the men are cleaner, neater and have better hygiene. It's like an alternate universe here.
But in movies and the media they portray girls as neat freaks who clean and tidy stuff. I am that girl and it makes me happy to be.

Umm excuse me,
Men are not dirty.
Men can be dirty.
But men are made to go out and work.
Women are supposed to clean/cook for men. (The girl's boyfriend or Husband or even just a friend)

I'm not. I live on my own and do all the cleaning and wash my clothes. My house is tidy and clean
