It depends which sort of deal you are looking for. A quick fling only lasts until on of the two involved find someone more physically attractive. But however proper relationships with a person who isn't shallow should be fine because in the end over time physical beauty wanes but the beauty of the mind is eternal. So focus more on within unless you want lots of quick flings.

It depends on how severe it is. In most cases it's not exactly appealing but that doesn't make it an outright deal-breaker
There was a girl in high school with an overbite who was really cute, otherwise. I mean, to be honest its a bad feature but it doesn't need to be a dealbreaker.
