What does it mean when a guy calls you his girlfriend when you aren't actually his girlfriend/nor actually go out?

I work at a drive-in restaurant and there's this guy who works as a server who out of nowhere said "You're my girlfriend now." and blew kisses at me. I was left confused but just laughed it off as nothing since i thought he was just playing around. Now every time I work the same days he works he call his girlfriend, boo, bae, babe, and be saying things such as (when I order food) "I'll take her money since that's my bae right there," and I get confused and a bit flushed since he just seems to say it as if it's true. He also lets me borrow his jacket but I just feel like that's because he was trying to be nice but the other stuff I don't know what to do or feel. Is this flirting? Does he like me? Is he a playboy? I don't want to make him to see me as weird or stupid if I assume he likes me right away because of all that but can anyone please give me some advice on this please! ;-; I will be very grateful!~~

P. s I'm 16 .-. He's 21 ;-; (but I don't know if he knows I'm 16 b/c I some how look 18)
