They look silly. Also did you know that sagging your pants like that came about because men in prisons would wear their pants like that to show other men that they were up for it. So when I see guys with sagging pants I always think they are up for gay sex

  It depends what you mean by sagging. If you mean the one where they wear their jeans fully below their buttcheeks with the underwear hanging out, then yeah that's gay/prison.
  
  But a huge percentage of men sag a little, where they have the waistband of the jeans around their butt cheeks, instead of around their waist. It's not as obvious.

I've seen men sag their pants since middle school, and everytime I look at them there's stupidity in their eyes. No girl thinks it's cool.
