Im thinking of starting to wear necklaces and maybe bracelets
What do you think of guys wearing jewelry?
Im thinking of starting to wear necklaces and maybe bracelets
I think if you're not overdoing it, and it works for your style, fine.
I do a ring (occasionally two rings); a neck chain. Once in a while a pin, if it's a holiday. I go simple, because I am in the professional scene a good majority of time. I also wear bow ties, or funky socks... not all the time, but for special events... if I went all "Jack Sparrow" I probably wouldn't get hired very often. I like being able to hide stuff, get a feel for the crowd, and adjust slightly.
Gay? Naw.. having a sexual fling with other guys is gay. But wearing a pink hat, or an earring in your left ear, or wearing a neck chain, or having a name like "Bruce" isn't. having long hair, or being in theater, lisping or knowing show tunes or digging fashion doesn't mean you are. It may not work for you, but that doesn't make it gay.
If it works for your style, great. Give it a try. Though I would suggest "building up" slowly. If you suddenly look like a cross between Mr T. and Liberache, then it's too much, and people WILL mock you... it may even hurt the career a bit. If you're a professional button up type, then suddenly looking like a weird mix of Barney (from HIMYM) and Flava Flav won't help. But if you're more button down, (and/or) a rocker type, then it can easily work for you.
Good luck.
If it fits the dudes style and he's owning it regardless of what other thinks it's dope af in my book. I don't wear any jewelery but respect those that do. Wear whatever makes you comfortable, everything else don't matter when it comes down to it and taste is different for everyone.
Nowadays guys also like jewelry like girls. Also, due to their interest variety of jewelry designed for guys. They choose an exclusive collection of jewelry which fully expresses themselves. Recently I bought one Biker Bracelet from jewelry1000. com, which provides finest and latest collection of top quality boutique sterling silver jewelry with great discount offers according to the season. Thanks.
Slightly gay 🙈 but if its the surfer type necklaces or bracelets then fine. Also i love when guys wear a cross necklace or a ring on their ring finger.

I love lots of jewelry on all my feminized men. Their outfits wouldn't be complete without it. Like this lovely thing.

I think it depends. I think dudes look good with earrings most of the time. I also like to see certain necklaces and bracelets. Honestly whatever they wanna do is chill with me. But I like earrings on guys a lot.
Not fan of it. A bracelet and a ring could look good depending on the guy and how it looks like but a necklace and earrings are kind of feminine in my opinion..
It's nice when it has a sort of Hobo look to it. But when it's huge gold chains, diamond earrings... that kind of thing... it looks gross and gangsta. I don't like it.
Really depends, i didn't really like it on guys (however they should do whatever they want)
My ex has like a cool silver necklace and I do like that on him
I will sometimes wear bracelets with rings and a watch. When going out it’s a good conversation starter for women. They all want to wear my shit. Then I reject them- savage.
Dangerous. there's a REASON most guys don't; they're a handle and a hazard. Industrial accidents are often caused by loose or metallic clothing, and jewelry is usually both.
Actually, no, it's a clip-on, and would just pull off. :)
So? Te hazards aren't just at work.
Hey, you decide what risks you are willing to take, and which you are not. The question question asked was "What do you think?" Well, I think they're a hazard. YMMV.
No. but I spent twenty years in the military, and worked in industrial environments. During half of them safety was an "additional duty as assigned". I've seen all kinds of ways that something as innocuous as a wedding band can result in extremes of trauma, including death. Outside of work, too. we are informed by our experiences.
Yeah, well, 17-19 year old men shouldn't be let off their leashes; they're almost ALWAYS end up doing dumb shit. ;) Guys aren't really reliable until their mid-twenties, when their brains stop developing.
Well I dont think its the brain development thats the problem, it depends on what the individual has experienced.
For example, Terry Kath was 31 when he picked up an "empty" gun and pointed it at his head and pulled the trigger.
There was one bullet in it.
He obviously thought, why would anyone leave a loaded gun out in the open. He wasn't around lots of people who carried guns and so when he saw it, he thought hed use it as a prop for a joke.
Anyway that guy I talked about, the cyclist who died recently. He was in his 70s and the lorry driver was in his 30s.
I wear only a watch and a some subtle bracelets.. i don't like it when people have to much jewelry on them.
I don't know but don't funk with my man hendrix, he cool.
I use rings and earnings sometimes, anything else is too much.
The guys in the photos wear it well, but it can look tacky if you don't execute it properly.
I love it except for the earrings, those are usually hit or miss but rings, bracelets, necklaces I'm all for it!
There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being a woman with a penis.
To me it’s just a guy taking case of himself and caring about his appearance which is a-okay to me
I prefer no jewelry on guys, but depends on what it is :)
There is nothing wrong with it. They can be free to do what they like
I don't know, it's not my style, to be honest. I mean, some men have worn piercings and things like that but I think it's weird.
i like a necklace, earrings, maybe a bracelet or watch but only one and never both. I've never had a ring and i won't wear one unless I'm married probably.
I think it all depends on how jewelry looks on a guy. Some can wear it while others can't.
It's traditional all over the world. Sometimes I like the style of accessories a guy is wearing. Sometimes not.
It’s alright. It really depends on what jewelry and how much. A ring or two and one necklace is fine
Where is the "depends what jewelry is it" option? Dumb.
Yes I see that but they're all extreme examples because of how much of it they wear.
