First of all I prefer Brunettes. I don't usually go for Blondes.

But, I can understand the attraction to blondes. Not only do they stand out and the bright hair clashes with darker complexion or hair to intensify eroticism... but... blondes are considered stereotypically more sexually adventurious.

There is a sense that darker haired women can be more serious and that blondes are more playful. Therefore, a blonde might be seen as more playful in the bedroom and more apt to do things like doggy style or other sexual positions.

In popular culture there is a perception that blondes are shorter and skinnier in stature. In other words, blondes are perceived as more petitite which to a guy means that the internal walls of their vagina might be more tight in order to increase sexual pleasure.

None of this shit is accurate. But it explains why they might be highly sexualized.

Rare traits (as long as they aren't deformities or such) tend to be attractive by default because of the subconscious idea of exclusivity. "If I'm with this person that has this special thing, it shows how special I am." To my friends, red hair tended to be the most desirable when more girls started going blonde.

It goes for both men and women. For example, even abs on guys are more attractive to women than uneven abs, even though they're functionally the same.

They think you're easy and stupid. Wore short blonde wig at work when I stripped, made tons of money and they were nicer to me.

I am yellow light in real life, so I wore honey blonde that looks more natural and closer to my tone, since some light skin women where I am from have hair light brown enough to pass for dark blonde. Men love easy and stupid.

Scientifically, it's because blond hair is a sign of youth, because when you are born and when you are young you are much more likely to have blond hair and when you get older it darkens significantly. Men like youthful features biologically because youth normally means good health, and men want a healthy mate because they want their offspring to be healthy.

They don't... Men and women generally dislike blondes because of the stupid/bimbo stereotype. People come up to me all the time and ask if I'm a dumb blonde, or if my hair matches my brain size (which doesn't even make a lick of sense)... But when I dye my hair darker they just call me a vampire so it's not worth changing.

That being said, every guy likes something different. There are guys who strongly prefer blondes, just like there are guys who prefer brunettes, redheads, or gray heads. However, brunettes win the battle of the most preferred hair color.

I live in Finland, there is lots of natural blondies and blue eyes here, so I can say there is no behaviour differences, as some people says.

But otherwise, I don't know. I like brunettes and dark eyes more myself, are you sure most guys do like blondes?

I would not simply date a girl because of her hair color (although, if she had purple or green hair dye then I would avoid her. I don't like hippies) but if I were to choose a preferred hair color, it would be jet black. After that, redhead, then brunette, then blonde.

I don't think guys prefer blondes, what I think is that girls generally stand out and it's easier for a girl to look better in blonde (most blondes that standout, if they had a brown hair for example were not even average) so I think a cute girl with dark hair probably in reality it's prettier that looks equally good blonde

It depends on a girl's ethnicity. Pale white girls usually look the best with blonde hair because some white people are born with blonde hair. Blonde hair looks unnatural if a girl is Asian or hispanic and has a dark complexion. Blonde highlights in their hair doesn't look strange, but they look odd with bleach blonde hair like the girl in this photo.
