I have this coworker that laughs when he sees me. He doesn't do it to anyone else. He does have a habit of laughing a lot for the most boring things. You ask him for a pencil, he laughs about, he is that type of person. This annoys the crap out of me. I don't know if he is mentally I'll or something.
