Why would a guy look and stare at a girl everyday? He keeps staring/looking/glancing at me?

My crush stares and steals glances of me pretty much everyday. I don’t have anything on my face, i’m not wearing anything strange 😂 I’m the middle of class i’ll just see him staring at me, usually my face but I have caught him look me up and down before quickly when I walk in the room. Once I walked out of my desk and to the front of the room, I turn around and he’s just sitting with his eyes like glued to my face 😂When I walk in front of him, he stops what he’s doing and looks up while every other guy doesn’t even notice lol. He also stares from down the hall.

Sometimes when I turn in his direction I see him quickly look away. Other times he keeps looking and holds eye contact with me. Why would he stare at me everyday and what’s he thinking when he does? Does he like me? Why would a guy do this? Thanks

(Also he fixes his hair around me too sometimes, like runs his hand through his hair and looks at me while he does it, not sure if that has any meaning)
