Ladies, please be honest: Do you deep down respect a submissive man?

Question

I just saw a man pushing a stroller with the kids inside while his woman walked in front of him like a follow me type attitude.

I looked at him with disgust and anger. He looked like a b****... I can tell his woman runs the show.

I believe God gave men the balls for a reason, therefore men ought to lead and act fully masculine and not like a submissive sissy.

taking care of kids is not submissive when women do it nor when men do it. the adult not pushing kids should walking front to protect the kids. its logical. otherwise two adults behind the defenseless children.

i like respectful gentle guys who have their own view are honest stand up for what they believe but do not fight just for the sake of it. thats not submissive. submissive people are not fully developed. they rely on the other person to make decisions and function. i could not be in a relationship as one or with one. but what most people call submissive is just a rational non adversarial person , which i would very much appreciate.

in my opinion, the bigger the person the gentler they should be with those they care for., people who think strength is puffing up ones chest & pushing people around, seem like they must have been abused.

There's a difference between being submissive and being a dad. As a stay at home mom, I know it can be tough taking care of kids. My husband and I take turns pushing the stroller. What you saw from the mom may not have been arrogance or superiority but simple joy in the little bit of freedom to walk by herself. Being a parent adds a whole different dynamic to things. Also, as a Christian it's important to remember that judgement rests in God's hands, not ours. Our job is to love others.

Life ain't a circus. You don't need to dominate anyone, really. Nor should you be allowed to unless it is by agreement. No matter how many dozens of balls you have.
Besides, why wouldn't you care for your child? Or make a sammich, for that matter? It doesn't take your masculinity away. In fact, acts of dominance or submission or being on an equal footing, do nothing to define your masculinity or feminity.

He's pushing his babies. That's doesn't make him a submissive man. He's a daddy.  You based all of that off of assumption. But by the REAL description of a submissive man is not very attractive to me.

I'm not sure the example you gave is the best for showing a submissive man. Women love a man who can help take care of the kids. But on a better example? Women hate submissive men.
