I have big breasts and my answer is no. Yes guys will stare, I think it's only because it's not common to see something that big and not being fake. But it also depends on the girl, usually some girls that likes the attention will flaunt it to get attention and for guys to talk to them but every guy doesn't like girls with big breasts some actually prefer small breasts more than big breasts.
1. Some guys don't care about boobs AT ALL (often they're big into asses or legs), so breast size is irrelevant; they won't doing much with them anyway.
2. Other guys are more interest in QUALITY vs. QUANTITY. Some firm, perky B-cups can be much nicer than saggy or deflated D-cups.
3. This question assumes that you're comparing two women who are identical in every other way - which is impossible. Other characteristics are going to make the difference for almost any guy (possible exceptions for guys who "must" have a girl with big boobs - but they're definitely the exception).
Well, "superior" is an interesting term for it, and may go too far, but I think you mean "more attractive." And generally speaking, yes, bigger tits are better. However! there are many instances where that is not the case. What mainly matters in whether a girl is attractive is whether she is proportional. A good tits-to-hips-to-ass ratio that is pleasing on the eyes is what matters more, and that isn't automatically helped by bigger tits. But it usually is. Not always, but usually. A slim/fit weight is what matters far more to most guys.
