there's this guy I hang around with
I secetly like him
he's really tall - 6ft4
And im 5ft1
Whenever we hang out, he calls me "shorty" or "midget"
E. g. how are you midget?
Aww you got tiny legs
Aww look at how you walk, like a tiny midget
Dont walk too fast with those tiny legs, midget
Etc etc
Does this mean he's not attracted to me?

Little one. . . I don't about the word "midget". But when a man calls you "shorty", that really means he is attracted to you.

At least, in my culture that's what it means.

If not he just likes to tease you and I honestly think you should not pay too much attention to it if it does not bother you too much.

Teasing can be a sign for a person to like the other though.

Well considering I'm 5'1 (nearly 5'2 xD), dating a 6'4 guy who also teases me I think I can weigh in here, lol. He used to make fun of my height before we were dating, similar comments, never anything hurtful just banter. Unless he hurts you with his words intentionally then it's probably the same type of deal.

I'm 4'11 I've been called that so many times even by my ex boyfriend and my manager who had an crush on me. It's funny, I laugh everytime and they will laugh as well.
Don't look at it as him not being attracted to, just laugh and say something back to him.

He could be teasing you, both a guy friend of mine and my boyfriend call me short or midget. They do it more because they get a reaction when they do it.
As long as its not in a mean nasty kinda way I wouldn't worry about it.

It can definitely mean he's not attracted to you.
It can mean he likes you. Then there's a twist. He could be negging you, as gameplay, to attract you. Or, he's the typ guy making fun of a girl he likes. My opinion of either one of those guys is not high, so perhaps you should look elsewhere, regardless. Unless you're into one of the guys I just described (regardless of his "good" qualities), keep moving...

Doesn't like you but is still teasing you or being rude to you
Likes you and thinks your height is cute and thinks it's a compliment to call you those things even though they are hardly a compliment lol
I can't tell you what he feels or thinks so you should just ask him why he says those things to you and if it offends you or something ask him to stop

It's possible that he's just utterly clueless about how to flirt, but that these ideas are even entering his head is a bad sign: "midget"? "look at how you walk"? WTF? This isn't flirting.
