It depends. If the girl really want's to have fun and you can tell then no. Or if she has naturally big boobs then no. But if you can tell she's trying super hard to impress then I find it awkward. Like I know girls who naturally have like B cups but on pictures I can tell they tried so hard to make their boobs like naturally big that I kinda wanna know their secret lolol Like girl I know your boobs do not look size D in person lol But I don't think of the as sluts, I just find it funny or awkward. I think showing cleavage is normal these days.

uh no. I get cleavage all the time because my girls are big and I'm not gonna dress up with things that cover me completely because I don't like to feel that I can't breathe [unless its really cold lol] so if I take a selfie, you'd probably see cleavage most of the times and I don't think that makes me a 'slut'.

No, of course not. Some girls are big busted and can't help the cleavage showing, or should they be required to wear turtleneck sweaters so as not to offend and be slut-shamed... some girls are smaller and hence don't consider they are showing cleavage anyway. Sometimes the cut of the dress or top shows off a bit but the style is fantastic and suits her body. Cleavage is not slutty...
