Guys, How would you feel if a female colleague had hard nipples showing like this?

for context I work in retail, not a corporate environment. Even with a normal bra, top, and jumper, I still end up looking like the picture. if I wear a padded bra I will look even bigger which I don't want to. I'm already a DD on a small frame.

It happens, and unless she's coming onto me, in the break room (highly unlikely), she probably doesn't want me staring, like some creep. It's really not that big of a deal, anyway.

It would probably attract my gaze but I'd pretend it didn't. I don't think it's a big deal but it does make it look like it's intentional so you'd probably get unwanted attention

I don't mind seeing them. They aren't big or alluring anyway. (I refer to the picture shown). I can imagine that in SOME work-environments this outfit could be inappropriate.

That is fine. You can't (and shouldn't) hide it if they are hard. If people got a problem with it, it's their problem.
