I always get this despite wearing a bra. also I work in retail so not a corporate environment.

That is a huge turn on sexually for most men. If it's retail I doubt anyone cares. All the retail jobs I've worked, most people were just counting the seconds till they could leave. You'll be giving your male customers some eye candy too.
