Height difference of 1 ft?

Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong it the height difference. I'm 5'1 and my Boyfriend is 6'1 he's a foot taller than me and in your case its the same. Unless the guy is 4'9 and the girl is 5'9 that's a little strange but you know what who gives a DAME if you guys Love each other. Honestly I love my man being tall when I wear high heels shoes he still taller than me =)

Like someone else said, I wouldn't think twice of a couple's height difference if I saw them walking down the street, especially when it's only a foot difference.

I'm just doing public school math, Sweetie. I am not describing a Kanamit. If a woman is 5' tall and a guy stands at 6'9" tall, her mouth, IMHO, is too close to the guy's crotch.

I start to become uncomfortable the further I sink beyond the guy's waistband. Some women may like to dance cheek-to-cheek and find it off-putting to be a mere foot shorter than their partner. My point, snackeyg, is that height can matter to some people, regardless of the measurement being discussed. And, I did not give you permission to call me, "silly".

It would look weird, but who cares? If something that stupid would stop you from forming a relationship with that person, you are not normal. I know a couple that are 6'4" and 4'11", it looks funny in public but they are just as happy as they could be.

It would look normal. Girls are are usually shorter than guys, even with that 1ft height difference it wouldn't look odd.
