Why would a guy scan my body?

there is this guy who looks me in my face and eyes then scans my body. I don't think he stares at me because I don't look for it, but sometimes when I walk in the room he looks at me and his eyes follow as if he's in a trance.

anytime he talks to me he leans it, mimicks my energy, he looks at my hair and his eyes get dark (they're light blue until he gets around me).

he attempts to make jokes and always laughs a little too hard at what I say, he smiles super big at me, always around me, always notices anything new about me. he remembers what I say too.

so guys and gals, is he interested or just attracted or just being a guy? I guess it could be my clothes too.. I think I dress pretty nice

yes! I walked in once and we held eye contact and I said hello, he responded and started making himself busy then I complimented his clothes and he just said thanks and that was it? I was hoping he would say more.. :/

Depends, I mean he can think you’re attractive but not be interested if he has a girlfriend otherwise it can be both if he doesn’t have one
