He laughs at my compliments?

I'm dating a guy who laughs at my compliments. When we text and I tell him he's handsome or that he looks great or stuff like that has to do with his looks he laughs.
Sometimes he just replies LMAO. Other times he ignores it. However, when I tell him I miss him, or that I like him, he responds in the best way.
Is that something I should worry about?

I'd say he's just uncomfortable with compliments. You might try a different tactic. Instead of complimenting his body, tell him he smells nice or u like his jacket. Something like that.
