Anyone work/ed at UPS?

Im completing my hiring process and I just received an email regarding UPS cloud texting photo terms and conditions.

[By texting “Y” or “Yes”] I hereby grant to United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (“UPS”) the unlimited,
irrevocable, and exclusive right and license to use my name, texts, photographs, video recorded images,
or other provided information, submitted in connection with my employment with UPS and use of
TextReach, for the purposes workplace communication and other official UPS business purposes, without
further compensation. UPS shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in and to the Images. Do not
use this platform to send or receive confidential or sensitive personal information.

What does this mean, are they essentially trying to completely breach my privacy?

Lots of people have to sell their soul for a job because they need a job and to feed family. But I hear UPS has good benefits, but you never see any old delivery drivers so I think you get worn out fast with the pace they make you go through daily. It's hurry hurry hurry.

Seems like it's only for work-related stuff. I'd just agree to it, not that you have much of a choice.

That means only if it’s in relation to your work.
