That won't happen with this song... it is my pick for the best song to convert you into a Beta Male thinking. Be careful what you listen to! P. S. I like the sound, but the words are trash.

What's wrong: low expectation of success (negative thinking), seeing her beauty as dominant above him, seeing the woman on a pedestal (perfection is false). This is all wrong! But I love those high notes and guitar stuff!

I generally wouldn't pay too much attention to lyrics of mainstream pop songs. 99% of the time they're trash.

I'd also ditch the alpha/beta terminology for what you described. It's outdated and cringy. I'd use different names for it.

Yes sure, but if you want to worry about the subconscious influence that media has on people, silly pop songs are not where to look at. That's peanuts.

The problem with these two terms is that it lumps vastly different types of people together. I get that we need names for things to speak about them in effective ways, but in some cases (like this) categorization doesn't work like that. It's lazy. Whatever you consider an "alpha" or a "beta", it's extremely vaguely definied. They could be all sorts of different things to you or to someone else.
Also, guys who call themselves "alphas" are usually the most insecure guys of them all, hiding behind their tough-guy attitude. Let alone that these supposed "alpha" traits are mostly recklessness and cockiness - that's not that kind of strength and confidence women are looking for.
