An average looking guy isn't born wanting to fuck around usually ( USUALLY but sometimes they are). Maybe someone broke their heart or hurt their ego so now they think that the only way they can maintain their ego is by how many girls they've banged. They wanna look cool and shit. Yunno? Being with 1000 girls makes you look good around the boys. And that's usually what guys care about. All of it is just their dick measuring contests. They don't really care what girls think as long as they can tap dat ass. And no offence but there are girls slutting it up for the guys who wanna be hoes. So they never run out of pussy. That's just the way it goes. UNTIL... they meet that one girl who is just the most amazing angel they've ever met and they want to be with her and she might not be as willing to put up with his shit, etc. But lotta them still don't know how to not be a man whore so they mess things up with her and break her heart, etc. Maybe they regret it, maybe they just fuck more girls. Maybe both. But if they don't realize what they've done, they usually don't see any of this as an issue. Everyone warned me about that guy I was with and said he was a fuckboy. But I still felt like he genuinely liked me. Sure, he'd talk to me about sleeping together, but we never did. He was also my first kiss and when he kissed me, he asked for permission. he seemed nervous too. And fuckboys usually don't act like that because they've done it 10000 times. But my feelings for him somehow don't fade. I don't know why I still like him but I just do. You'd think that love is logical but it's not. Logically, I should forget about him and move on. But my heart isn't saying that so I'm confused asf. But who knows. If I figure out my own worth, maybe I will know what I deserve, even if I have to leave him behind in my past.
The sheer logistics of sleeping with over 1,000 people is kind of mind boggling in my opinion.

But as for the question, I think it is because they have a messed up idea of what makes one a man, they think that one is not a real man if he does not have multitudes of sexual encounters.
Personally, I think a real man would save himself for a specific woman rather than throwing himself at everyone he runs into in some crude attempt at gaining a boost to his already fragile ego, but that is only my opinion.
I hope no self respecting person would sleep with some one who has had that many partners.

I'm never one to jump to conclusions so if the guy was actually nice and his intetions were true (unlikely as it is) I might give it a chance. It0s not that I find that behaviour attractive, but rather, depending on how he acts about how he slept with all of them, I'm neutral. I would defenitly ask for a medical exam to check for TSD's tho.
